Alex has a passion for using strength and conditioning to manage injury and help clients reach their goals. He brings a wealth of experience as a personal trainer and a taekwondo instructor, having taught for over a decade.
Since completing his Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University, Alex seeks out new knowledge and regularly attends courses. Alex has completed courses in Clinical Pilates, which he incorporates in rehabilitation and strengthening programs to aid recovery and improve performance.
In his spare time Alex participates in powerlifting, dodgeball, and martial arts. He also loves to geek out with boardgames.
