IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS
It has now been clarified that no GP referral is required to attend your allied health appointment and that these face to face services are permissible only when essential to maintain health and prevent functional deterioration. As we are offering an essential healthcare service it is also permissible to travel more than 5km from your home for your appointment. We can provide you with a letter of attendance or you can use your appointment reminder.
We continue to follow all recommended guidelines for infection control and maintaining social distance. Please be mindful as you enter our waiting areas of the number of people allowed at a time (noted on the door) if you would like to wait outside or in your car please let our admin staff know. All practitioners are wearing masks and face shields and we ask that you keep your mask on for the duration of your appointment, our face to face interactions adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Please avoid using cash for payments and consider paying online or over the phone, we will send you a receipt for claiming. If appropriate please consider utilising our Telehealth appointments.
We encourage you to embrace your health by focusing on what you can do and we look forward to assisting you in every way we can. If you have any of the following symptoms:

You must postpone your appointment and get COVID tested. We will waive late cancellation charges if you are unwell. We can also assure you that our staff will not be attending work if they are unwell and if unwell they will be required to COVID test negative prior to returning.
