Exercise Classes for Active Seniors

Staying mentally, physically, and socially active is important to enjoy a good life. Group classes are a great way to stay fit and exercise with like-minded people.

The classes are a mix of strength training, very gentle cardio, stretching, and mobility. They will be tailored to suit your specific needs and abilities by a qualified instructor.
