When is the right time to come back to exercises since having a baby? Some mothers feel ready after 4 weeks and others up to 3 months.

We have a workout specifically designed for postpartum recovery that allows you to bring in your baby while giving you the chance to get moving again.

If you’re not already a client, we do a formal physio screening postpartum to ensure that your body is ready to engage in exercise.

Improve awareness of pelvic floor and movement

Improvement in the separation of abdominal muscles

Gluteal and core conditioning to enhance pelvic strength

Target major muscle groups and re-condition the core
