Support at Home program

We work with many Support at Home Program clients. Formerly known as the Home Care Package (HCP) program, the Support at Home Program is an Australian Government initiative designed to help older Australians remain independent, safe, and well in their own homes. The program provides funding for approved in-home or in-practice services, including physiotherapy, based on individual needs.
